Special Refund Policy – Business Accelerator

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by Business Academy (“we,” “our,” or “the Institution”). By enrolling in any of our paid programs, you (“Student” or “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Policy

Under our standard policy, refunds are not applicable. However, for this specific batch, we are introducing a 1-month Refund Policy to ensure transparency and trust with our students.

2. Eligibility for Refund

If, within 30 (thirty) working days of enrollment, we fail to provide any of the services mentioned below, the student will be eligible for a refund:

Website, Domain, Hosting, and Course Access.

3. Refund Procedure

• If we are unable to deliver the above-mentioned services within 30 working days, the student must physically visit our office and collect the refund within the following 7 (seven) working days.

• After this 7-day period, no refund claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Student Responsibilities

• For the delivery of Website, Hosting, and Domain services, the student must submit the required name/domain selection within 7 (seven) days of enrollment.

• Failure to provide this information within the stipulated time will make it impossible for us to deliver the services within 30 working days, and in such cases, no refund claim will be accepted.

• If the student provides an incorrect email address or phone number, preventing us from contacting them, the refund policy will not apply.

• If any of the above services are not received after 20 working days, the student must immediately notify us via our hotline or by visiting our office in person. Failure to notify within this timeframe will render the refund claim invalid.

5. Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective from the date they are published on our official website.
